EXPERTS FROM DOMINIC LIFE
what dominic’s mother would say:
-- “dominic never really had a chance to be a kid. he was always mature for any age he turned. his father had left when he was only eight years old. dominic understood why, and saw the toll the divorce had taken on me. he stepped up taking more of the responsibly around the house. even cleaning his room unasked. i was shocked. in high school, dom was well liked, had many friends most of which would come to the house hang out and eat our food. i didn’t mind, because it was good for him to have friends over, and just have fun. to just be young. he had also started dating someone which turned into a serious relationship. during that time i had found out about my lung cancer, things were fine for a while, until any sign or any hope of getting better was out of the picture. i got worse; dominic and his girlfriend broke it off. he put me first in his life, while school and friends came second. dominic knew that someday I would die and he’d either be left to take care of himself or to live with his father. guess that day had come sooner than he probably hoped.”
what dominic’s ex girlfriend would say:
-- “dominic and i were serious, never been in a better relationship than the one i was in with him. he was sweet, charming, and had the looks too. he was a golden boy, one that you never really find now a days, overcast by the assholes that only have one thing on their mines. dominic was nothing like that, he cared, hell he cared about anyone that he barely even knew. we broke it off mutually. he was taking care of his mom, didn’t even have time school on some days. then i wanted other things. it was the best thing at the time to do. however, once his mom passed away, he had changed a little, wasn’t as outgoing as he had once been. but i knew the old dominic was still there. he had packed up and gone the following year. haven’t heard from him since.”
